The limited company 3AC was created in February, 2006.

Our philosophy leads us to work primarily with the living space, through rational and functional planning, even before considering the visual impact,   merely that image perceived by others. An image can take various forms;
the local authorities in France (DDE) are quite strict about the exterior characteristics of a project and demand most precise and graphic
representation with photo support.

53-year-old Michel Luce worked initially as an interior designer, then organizer
and construction coordinator of several major construction projects in Normandy, West Africa and later in the South-west of France. He is head of 3AC and, with the assistance of a qualified architect, specialises in renovation and construction planning and execution in France.

Areas covered are the Aveyron, extending towards the Lot, the Tarn, the Cantal and the Lozère. The services of 3AC have also been solicited in the Auvergne and Herault regions.

Rather than as a percentage of estimated work costs, fees are calculated according to the amount of time spent on a project; this method allows considerable savings on dossier preparation, building permits, works authorisations or simple urbanism certificates.

Part of our strength is our ability to respond very quickly to requests for project evaluations. Our turn-around time for a typical dossier is generally three weeks following the signature of the contract. The materials we use to carry out our work, together with our computing tools, enable us to systematically create precise, reliable and faultless documents, both in our plans and in the necessary graphic and administrative requirements.
